Privacy Policy
How DC Glasspro LLC handles the information you share with us.
Last updated: August 10, 2026
DC Glasspro LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website and provides glass installation and repair services across Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us when you call, text, or submit our quote request form. That may include:
- Your name and contact details, including phone number, email address, and the service location
- Details about the glass work you are requesting — the type of job, measurements, and any photos you send us
- The content of calls, text messages, and emails you exchange with us
- Whether you checked either text-message consent box, and when
We do not sell personal information.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request and prepare a free quote
- To schedule and complete the glass installation or repair
- To communicate with you about your job by phone, email, and — if you opted in — text message
- To keep the business records we are required to keep
Text messages (SMS)
Our quote request form has two separate, optional consent checkboxes, both unchecked by default. Checking one is never a condition of getting a quote or of receiving service — you can always just call us instead.
- Non-marketing messages. Appointment scheduling, service inquiries, estimate requests, project updates, job confirmations, and customer support related to glass installation and repair services.
- Marketing and promotional messages (separate, optional). Special offers, discounts, and service updates. Only if you check that second box.
Frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out at any time. We record which box you checked and when, so we have a record of your consent.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only parties that handle your mobile number are the providers that deliver messages on our behalf, and they may not use it for any other purpose.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies of its own, and we do not build advertising profiles from your visit. Two limited exceptions apply:
- Our quote request form. The form on our contact page is provided by our customer communication platform (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel) and is embedded from their servers. It may set cookies or use similar local storage strictly necessary to display the form, prevent spam, and deliver your request to us.
- Standard web server logs. Our hosting provider records basic technical request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security, abuse prevention, and reliability. These logs are not used to market to you.
We advertise our services online. If you reach this site from an ad, the advertising platform — for example Google — may add parameters to the link or set cookies to measure whether that ad led to a quote request, and may use that information for conversion measurement and remarketing under its own privacy policy. You can control this through Google My Ad Center and your browser's cookie settings. Blocking cookies may prevent the quote request form from working.
How we share information
- With service providers who process information on our behalf (our customer communication, messaging, and scheduling software) and are bound to protect it
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
We never sell or rent your information, and we never share your mobile number or SMS consent for anyone else's marketing.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
Your rights and choices
- Stop text messages. Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately, or call us and ask us to remove your number.
- Update your information. Tell us what changed and we will correct our records.
- Ask what we hold, or ask us to delete it — subject to records we are required to keep.
- Opt out of sale or sharing. There is nothing to opt out of; we do not sell or share personal information.
To make a request, call (571) 444-4015 or email [email protected]. We do not charge for these requests and will not treat you differently for making one.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Children's privacy
This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes take effect when posted here, with the "Last updated" date revised.
